american people(in bill lumberg voice): mr. bush, i need to see you in my office (bush walks in) yeeeah im sorry mr bush, but due to your apparent dishonesty and lack of performance, we are going to have to let you go....yeaaah....so if you can just go ahead and clean your desk out and exit the white house immediately...that would be greeeat...MMMKAY?.....and i'll just go ahead and call security to help you out the door...thank you mr. bush..."
Just had a thought while discussing it with a friend.
American people hate Bin Laden, if they saw the new tape of him, they'll probably go AGAINST him telling them not to vote for Bush. It wasn't neck and neck until the tape came out.
he said that it doesnt matter who wins, our security will be up to the policy we choose and bullshit like that. i think he wants bush to be president, or else why such perfect timing? he was OBVIOUSLY trying to affect the elections, so who was he trying to hinder?
dude, that bin ladin tape will not effect the polls one tiny bit. People had their minds made up before that tape came out. This election is different from all others, because you are eigther for Bush and hate Kerry, or you are for Kerry and hate bush. It will still be a close election, like it was always going to be.
The majorty of the American people could give two shits less about another Bin ladin tape. He has released about adozen recordings, and a half dozen video tapes over the past two years saying that the American people should fear him and that there will be bombings, death crying, ect..ect, and yet NOTHING. Besides, the statement fromBin ladin was more hinted twords a pro Kerry statement. He said if America doesnt try to interfere with their way of life, he they will not strike. Kerry is the one who wants to pull out of Iraq. Again though, who cares.

Because Bush isn't exactly, as we've seen, the greatest person when it comes to protecting the country. I guess my above statement is one I can't really make till I've seen what Kerry does. So will with-hold it.
how can you say Bush isnt the best person when it comes to protecting the country? Has there been any other terror attacks aside 9/11? Also, Bush has raised the homeland security budget by 30 billion, Kerry had voted to drop it 10 billion. I dont know, i could really care less. Taxes will go up eigther way, and terroristic threats will be in this countries future for a long time, no matter who becomes president. Many people voting dont even know what their voting for anyway, just like it's always been, so who really gives a damn anymore? I am waiting for the terminator to become president, that would be one president that i could get excited over.

Rages Remorse, your right there have been no outside terrorist attack on us soil since 9/11, but there were none before either so that argument is saying much. I really don't think Bush is anywhere near the best option for president of the United States, but I'm not willing to say Kerry will be any better. All Bush is doing by going in Iraq is stirring up a hornets nest and alienating our allies (which believe it or not are pretty important when it come to the security of this country.) However, I don't think we are more likely to be hit by another "9/11" if either of them takes office. I think if they are determined to hit us they will try no matter who is president, but I doubt they will pull it off again.
I'm just trying to say that America would have been the main target for terrorists no matter who was president or what choices were made. The fact is that the same choices would had to have been made sooner or later. Bush just jumped the gun, and pretty much shit on our allies, by the whole, if your not with us your against us thing. Kerry wont do anything Bush wouldnt do, i just beleive he will weaken the attempts Bush is making to unite countries against terrorism, and would also handle the whole South Korea thing the wrong way.

yeah, but the constitution isnt exactly set in stone, infact it can be changed fairly easily. The constitution isnt somthing this country is driven by anymore, it is more of a good idea forgotten.
