Yeh it is mass paranoia from so called concerned parents who think the books tell us how to conjure up devils or curse people. It's all a bunch of nonsense, and they need to read the books and find out for themselves. My neighbor is the same way, but I now have my folks and two friends who love it as much as I do. So we are more open minded than most. wink

Ummm eezy I thought we were on the same side here. I was not coming down on those who criticise the series, friend, I am stating my own personal opinion as to why they are cirtical of something they have never read or seen. I am a Christan but I am not offended by HP.
This topic is for us to discuss the matter, so I would appreciate it if you stop passing judgements on everything I say. At least I have somehting worth saying, and if it is too long for you to read, then maybe you should not bother posting an attack at me next time eh?
It almost seems as if you support their ignorant attitude towards Harry Potter. As for where I got my info, I have been reading it in the news and online. We clearly travel in different circles.
