speed blitz is a problem. Lantern fight speed is only as fast as they can process the info or at least it should. Sodam Yat would be a better fight considering daxamites are essentially kryptonians with wonkier conditions like lead weakness. Guess he would be in trouble pre 1990 due to all the lead paint on earth . But yeah Sodam Yat has the best chance against superman to avoid the early speedblitz moving faster than thought against Human opponents.
I don't see why the GL ring shouldn't greatly boost the user's natural senses and reflexes so that they can fight with the likes of Superman on even footing, but yeah, I don't think they should ever do better than Superman against speedsters.

GL can create almost anything with his ring right? So he could just make Kryptonite. Supes could speed blitz him I suppose and get a win out of it 2 though, so yeah its really close.
While the ring should give them a boost, as it's linked to their nervous systems, I don't see it making them match speedsters in terms of perception.
A regular human brain will receive help in the form of warnings and the rings compensate for ftl maneuvers but that grey matter isn't perceiving things at the speed of a Flash or Superman, guys who have a natural capacity for processing things at super speed.
Of course if a speedster telegraphs a rush, they can be intercepted fairly easily.

They can always set the ring to auto-fire anyway, so they shouldn't have problems with speedsters in general. it just gets tricky when it's people on the level of Kal or Flash.

Superman 8/10. Superman can end this fight any time he wants. I don't know why in comics Supes doesn't do so well against GL's... he has clearly shown that he could bust through their shields no problem.
