I don't like every song MF Doom has ever made. But on an album to album basis he is as consistent as they come. Each of his albums have been no less then stellar. Great tracks with no filler. A few average tracks here and there. Of course I wouldn't expect a non-hip-hop fan to agree, but to people that know and love the genre you have to at least respect his work (I'm talking about hip-hop fans). There's plenty of people out there who don't like MF Doom, but who cares. I enjoy his music. That's all I need. I just hope that somebody might give him a try and enjoy his music just as much as I do. That's how it works... and not everybody is going to like him.

Have you heard any of their albums Deathblow? If you haven't I think you'd really enjoy them all.
Their best work in order (my opinion, obviously):
Lucy Ford 5/5
Overcast! 5/5
Seven's Travels 4.5/5
Godlovesugly 4.5/5
They're all really good albums. They have a lot of classic songs. Most of which came from their first three albums. The Sad Clown, Bad Dub mixtapes are dope, also.

Dope. Atmosphere is great. You'll love Lucy Ford. It's a classic album and their best IMO.

seriously though... MC Pitman... The MC Coke (AKA Steve Lee...)(you may remember he had a top ten hit in the uk on a double a side with Maxi Priest...) and .... wait for it.... Big Gay Kirk, the mike-controlling long time rolling van driving stay aliving main man of flim flam, coming at you in your face, in your place and outta space....
1. 2pac- I know he's popular and all, but that's not why I like him. I like him for his inspiration and the meaning in his lyrics. I don't like songs like "Cali Love" or "Americas most wanted". It "pour out a little liqour" or "keep ya head up" that I like him 4.
2. Nas- Again, I don't even like his popular songs. "I can" was possibly hs worst song IMO. I like him for his subject matter and occasionally good lyracism (NY state of mind, Halftime etc.).
3. Wu-Tang Clan- 36 Chambers was a classic. I love the whole group, plus the production is awesome.
4. The Roots- The only CD where I love EVERY track is "The Tipping Point" the Roots are awesome
5. Rakim and Eric B.- I love their style, they did huge things for the game
6. Jurrasic 5- These guys ae unique and very cool.
7. Tribe Called Quest- Probably my favorite lyracists, the Low End Theory is sick
8. Gangstarr- Moment of Truth was an awesome CD
9. Blackalicious- See 5, Jurrasic
10. Dr. Dre- Although his lyrics are a bit iffy, his production is classic, and his music is fun to listen to.
