Worried strange!?

ok i made a sig for monkeynipples, and when he uploaded it it went really small.
heres what it looks like below VV



he told me he just uploaded it normally, saved the file onto his comp, then uploaded the sig.
but it turned out tiny
so i tried it, and it was big for me confused please help us out!
