And by the way, I beleive with Bruce's striking feats he can hurt Spidey with his hits, but not enough to drop him. And Spidey can easily KO him, so its no issue.

I don't even understand this statement. You have a hard time picturing Spider-Man shooting Batman with webbing and then smashing him with a massive amount of force via those webs?
They will absolutely be easy wins if he doesn't have any prep. It won't be 8 out of 10, but 10 out of 10.

Yeah, but people usually have to back up their reasons for why a character would win or lose a fight. Spider-Man is hilariously stronger and faster the Batman, plus he has a form of precognition. He only needs to land one solid hit on Batman, that is all. You truly think Batman could take out Spider-Man before he gets hit even once?
The standard equipment he carries wouldn't really be enough of an advantage. It's nothing Spider-Man hasn't dealt with before.

Not that I think Batman will win here by any means but how often have we seen him take punches from beings that are far stronger than Spider-Man and not be knocked-out from them? I've lost count a long time ago. SM wins easily but it will definitely take more than one hit to knock Bats out especially since SM doesn't know anything about him in this fight. He won't go into the battle throwing his strongest punches or even 50% of his punching power. He will not take the chance of accidentally killing someone he knows nothing about.

Are people honestly saying Spider-Man feels any danger vs Bruce? He could web his hands quicker than Bruce can pull out his gadgets and Peter's SS prevents Batman from using his best abilities, misdirection & stealth.

With prep there's several things batman can do to swing the fight in his favour, he can nullify the spider sense or use ethyl chloride, which has been shown to weaken spidey
The op never mentioned prep, so the fact that your argument relies on Batman having prep pretty much means that you agree that Spider-man wins.

It saddens me that so may people think, that Spiderman is just going to show up and beat Batman with 1 punch. Can someone point out to me in what comic is it where he beats DD, Cap, Punisher, Iron Fist, Shang Chi, Black Panther or Steel Serpent with 1 blow?
