2000 psi+ kick to the rib or solar plexes would knock the wind out of the hulk, but if he is enraged then I doubt it. So you were pretty much kinda right, man.
This is to hard to pick. Spidey is obviously stronger but the bat is smarter but not by far. In a straight fist to cuffs punch for punch Spiderman would probably kill the Bat with a few punches . But batman has more of a will to win and never give up this plays a vital role I say 50/50 sorry I like them both

Batman is smart than Spidey..not saying Spiderman is a dumbass or anything..Batman is a better fighter...Spider is faster..but Spiderman would underestimate Batman..Batman wouldn't do the same against Spidey...as long as their is some distance between the heroes..Batman can take him down...fighting from a distance..cuz up close Bruce is royally screwed.

One scenario is that Bats throws some sonic batarangs, once he realizes that SM has hightened senses. The batarangs are merely decoys, anticipating where SM will swing to or flip to, Bats will have a flying ninja kick to the throat waiting for SM.Also in close combat, Bats will use pressure points to stop the fight. He does that with all powerful oppoennts, Hulk is an exception because he has too much muscle mass for Bats to effectively affect his pressure points

Popular Spidey Defense: Spidey is fast enough to dodge any lunged attack (be it full body or just an arm/leg) and counter accordingly. Also, webbing can be used affectively in short range combat against someone who only has human level strength. From 3 ft away all Spidey needs to do is point and shoot to hit Batman.
Buuuut....odds are Batman would probably spin or something so that webbing only hits his cape...at which point he ditches the cape.
Basically think of the most outrageous ways to get out of a situation and there you have it....a Batman comic.
That's the problem with dealing with Bats they make him look like his mind can trample or outwit anybody.
Whether you agree with that or not is your personal preference.
Personally most of the time I agree, because people often think that because you have abilities makes you invincible and that's not always the case. I like Bats cuz he shows you that "hey maybe I can't fly or do fancy stuff or have nice flashy rings or speed,I still can kick your ass"

Spider-sense. And even without it, his reflexes are still superior to those of Batman.
And Spider-Man is a mutated human, with great durability and a unique physiology. Saying that the pressure points of Batman will work on Spider-Man is only speculation.
Last but not least, let's assume the pressure points would work. Fine. But if Batman is close enough to do that to SM, so is Spider-Man, who is way faster than Batman in every single way, and Batman, when written right, can not dodge/survive a powerpunch of Spider-Man.

I say a tie. on one hand spiderman has every advantage and only one disadvantage he never goes all out against a human being that is why kingpin gives him fits. On the other hand batman is no normal human. I think the wizard's version has the fight possible on the money. (he took out spiderman with a faster than expected punch to a nerve cluster) I equate spiderman's speed to that of a house fly with the exception that he is a bigger target. And when I was a kid, I taught myself how to catch flies with my bare hands to ensure I had the fastest punch. I would let them go, because there was no point in killing it. Yeah I know it is disgusting, but where I grew up, I had to fight everyday. Anyway, it was partly personal speed, but it was mostly technique. So batman could win with his dc larger than life skills.

Batman-strength at the pinnacle of a human's limits aka PEAK human strength, extraordinary genius, agility (olympian level at least), reflexes (at their HUMANLY peak), endurance (perhaps at it's HUMANLY peak), that's about it

Okay, okay, Batman has gadgets to boot right I know, and I know I said that he outclassed Spidey in that area, but only when it came to what Bats and Spidey carried around on a day-to-day basis, not that physically the gadgets counted for much.
To put it plainly:
Bats has gadgets for most situations that he's pretty used to when it comes down to his rogues gallery, and gadgets for the big JLU stuff. But if memory serves me correctly, I can't recall Bats ever thinking to himself: "Hmm...ya' know what? In case I run into a guy that has superhuman equilibrium, reflexes 30-40x faster than that of a human, agility, elasticity in the limbs twice that of a human despite their enhanced strength, and pre-cog, I think I'll create this...." Nope, to such an occurance happening I draw a blank. I just don't think Bats could cough up something that could track Spidey's movements and neutralize the spider sense in a non-prep fight, not to mention the overbearing strength advantage Batman JUST MAY underestimate when it comes to "puny" Parker. Then there's the speed advantage Spidey holds over Batman that would allow him to rush Bats a good time before Bats could compose himself. And let's not forget the aerial advantage Spidey holds over Bats, he could land a dozen or so power punches on Bats head and shoulders resulting in an utter (and gory) victory for Spidey in the end.

Not only does he have SUPER HUMAN reflexes and speed he has a spider sense.
Batman could not touch Spiderman.
Spider has been hit be people who have super strength, I don't think Batman falls in that department. Spiderman would just have to stand still and grab the first appendage Batman swings at him and rip it off. Not that he would cause he's a nice guy, but the fact that he could pick up ten tons kind of shits on anything Batman can do.
Sure strength or speed doesn't always beat an experienced martial artist in the natural realm of things but this is a little different than Bruce Lee verse Tyson, this is more like Bruce Lee verse a bear. I'm sorry but unless your martial arts involves a shot gun- shut up.
