We have the Official Symbiote thread, which is intended to host ALL symbiote chatter. This was done so the forum wasn't swamped with sym talk. A few of the forum's most prolific posters are sym fans. We're also allowed a sym pic thread, to keep the other thread free of pics for those of us on dial-up. That's the logic as I understand it.
Harry will not be a villin in Spiderman 3.......well i shouldnt say that for a fact...but its a strong feeling, and ive also read it in many places....Ive read that Harry will coem to realize that his dad was a mass murderer, and then he gets rid of the goblin suit, and all the other items that go along with it....so maybw we will see the Hob Goblin (remeber the hob goblin is not Harry)

yeah, they've been building it up sooo much it would be SUCH an upset to make him get rid of the suit. and duh! i KNOW harry wasnt the hobgoblin, but for movie sakes, instead of making a green goblin 2, they'd prolly just make him the hobgoblin.

yeah fruits and remember Harry the Hobgoblin in the ultimate universe and by making the hobgoblin that'll give them a reason to redesign that *&^d^& suit.
It is his destiny to become a Goblin.Just like in the comics.He now knows Peter is Spider-Man,he knows his father was the Green Goblin.Thats all he needs to push him over the edge.
Seriously do you think they will drag the Harry saga on into SM-4??? And just have him moping around blabbing about how Spider-Man killed his father over and over and over in SM-3??

I want to see Hobgoblin but its just stupid to make Harry him. Its like my heart is telling me Hobgoblin but my mind is saying NOOOO! And yea i guess your right two Goblins wouldnt be that exciting, i was always optimistic about the Sandman idea anyway.
I'd like Hobgoblin and Venom.Green Goblin(Norman Osbourne) would be stupid and that would ruin some of the movie.The movie should take place about 2 months after Spider-Man 2.Making it happen like 3 years later would also be stupid.Venom could be in Spider-Man 4 and they could introduce the symbiote in Spider-Man 3.Sandman is a good villain and I hope that Sam and the rest of the crew are really going to make some sensational costumes.The Goblin trilogy could end in Spider-Man 3 and then the Venom and Carnage trilogy could be for the last 3 films.That's how I would do it.Possibly have Venom for the fourth movie movie and then Carnage for the fifth movie.For the last movie bring in the Insidious Six.

yea i hope they do intro soem type of Venom related material..if not then we will all no that Venom wont be in any of the movies......and yea if the do another goblin the better make the suit look better and the visual effects better because he looked so fake flyign in the first movie.....

ok, you guys have to remember that this movie isnt just targeting comic book fans, its targeting EVERYONE!! and everyone is usually a little bit stupid when it comes to this kind of thing, and green goblin 2 would confuse the living hell out of all non comic book moviegoers. they have to try and stay loyal to comics, but make it easy for ANYONE to understand.
You bring up a good point, BUT...audiences are stupid for the most part. If you had Green Goblin, people are gonna call him Orange Goblin, and they're gonna be confused, and BORED because its the same exact powers. Would you, if you weren't already a fan of it, honestly want to watch the same thing again? There's nothing new that they could do with that. If Raimi plays it smart, there will be no other goblins.

it would be very boring if hobgoblin was the only villain. but!!!! sandman is gonna accompany him on this bad boy, which livens it up. and the powers wont be the exact same cuz harry's gonna modify the suit. then you add sandman to the mix and you get something awesome!!
and ppl rnt stupid enough to call him the orange goblin. especially if in the movie they call him the hobgoblin.

I strongly believe it's gonna be Harry as Hobgoblin and Sandman....I mean Harry has the resources to take on Spidey for him to not to fight spidey would be stupid.
