Deadpool can regrow whole limbs in minutes (Now that hes back to full power.. actually i think hes even stronger then he was before) so he's definitly in this level.

I'd say omega red or Wolverine is in this level, I mean wolverine is only slightly less powerful then spidey, and Omega is in the same area of abilities as spidey. Hes the same strength, but he has no spider-sense (Possibly one of the best abilities any hero has).

His healing? As soon as hes hurt. Cable blew his brains out of his head and he was back in action within a few hours. (that includes hunting cable down)

Wolverine isn't allowed. He took a nuke in a latest comic, then i tore up the comic and burned it.

Next Draft will be Street Level:

She uses some high-tech stuff to give sound a physical substance. She can use it to fashion wings for herself giving herself moderate air-speed, nothing too fancy.
