Yea, we're not going low that yet (One issue is- it's harder to think of good names for the lower rank categories!)
There's still some shichibukai and supernova (and supernova-level people) I've not done yet, so feel free to rank 'em.

So I didn't realize this but did Law kinda screw up by cutting the mountain in half? Cause now Shinokuni can get in from the top. Granted if his room is that powerful then I guess he can keep it out.

He can do general lightning bolts, he can generate lightning via natural weather patterns (El Thor), he can superheat the air around him to create a thunderclap for defense, he can reshape conductive metals with his power, he can channel electricity through said metals to apply heat to his physical blows, he can not only use it to travel long distances and fly, but also immediately draw himself towards conductive metals instantly. He actually used his DF to amplify the power of his Mantra. Also, he can shapeshift via turning into his element.
If he ever bothered to train his physical abilities beyond his already formidable levels, he'd be above the admirals, IMHO.

Doesn't Enel have like one of the best precogs in the series? Though I do have doubt he could handle other logia users with armor haki.
In other news I met people who actually enjoyed the Fishmen Island arc . It was a weird talk.

I know of people who liked it. Why did they?

Because of the SH curbing the Fishmen and the backstory of Otohime. Oh and Hody was apparently an intimidating enemy

Otohime did have a good backstory.
Too bad the rest was shite.

I will also note how people were taking hits from Enel and, though they were down for a bit, got back up. As opposed to Akainu or Aokiji, who'd melt a hole through you or shatter you.

He has a much wider range of his mantra-haki since his electricity expanded it.

You forget that through the vast majority of that arc, Enel wasn't using his full power, just lazily spamming El Thors randomly.
Also PIS. Legit, that one girl's dad surviving was ****ing bullshit.

His lack of decent Shield Haki it's also a problem though.

His attitude towards fighting is definitely part of his problem.

It's also that even ordinary humans in OP are stupidly durable, and that Oda doesn't like killing people, at least at the start.

It's still a problem. Oda will only kill in flashbacks(where no one is safe) or under very special circumstances like with Ace and Whitebeard.
I'd wager that the marines killed by Shinokuni will survive.

Yea, but even if one's not killed, one can be injured enough that fighting the same day is out of the question, unlike some of the people hit.

Like who?
Wiper?
Wiper is just incredible durable.
Most of the others hit couldn't fight soon after.

Wiper, Gan Fall (didn't resume fighting but did get back up), Sanji, Usopp (didn't resume fighting but did other stuff).
Sanji was even knocked out twice by Enel... and awoke both times without medical care.
Sure, they're all tough, but all the admirals tend to be, "They attack and you could really die , from a single hit even, unless you get help," even for tough people like that. Remember Aokiji freezing Luffy and Robin for example, where saving them was tricky. Or Akainu, who's attacks tend to at least require major medical care and leave permanent scaring.
