Look, against this team, you could give Parker a damn megazord (there is an alternate universe in which he has one) and he would still lose.
He barely managed to scratch Steve's cheek in the Iron Spider suit, while Steve tagged him multiple times.

Spider-Man can shrug off those punches from Cap in a few seconds. The only thing he needs to watch out for is Wolverine's claws. Besides, Spider-man will fight smart. He wouldn't dare go up close to Cap, Daredevil, and especially Wolverine in a 3vs1 fight. He would most likely shoot webbing from afar. He dealt with group of villains before like the Sinister Six. Although PIS.

A single hit from Cap has been shown to affect him greatly in his own book ... TWICE .

You are forgetting about Cap's shield. Which decapitated a tank and hurt the likes of Wonder Man, Ultimus or the Hulk.
Even Matt's billy club can be powerful, as it apparently managed to knock Bullseye out despite his adamantium skull in the last issue. And when he went for pressure points, he even managed to affect Rulk and Doc Green with it.
As for Wolverine, he doesn't need his claws for this punk. Remember how easily Adamantium Hammerhead sodomized Peter?

Okay, yes Spider-man is hurt pretty badly. What happens afterward ? Does he get back up and fight or does he stay down ?

Civil War?
He switched tactics and attacked Cap with his robotic arms (something he doesn't have in this thread), managing to tag him once.
My scans?
Parker recovered and pretended to leave, as Steve wanted him to.

I know what you're thinking now.
"Wtf... how can a blind man with a stick do anything to Spider-Man...?"
Problem is, those billy clubs of his have always been uber as fu ck for some reason... they can become embedded in concrete after a single throw:

It's a good hard throw that could potentially do considerable damage to a small area. Might can even break some body parts or inflict heavy bruising. I can see DD throwing that from far away, trying to hit Spider-Man. Still I think Wolverine's claws and Cap's throwing his shield are more of a threat.

Is Cap, Wolverine, or DD strong enough to physically rip through the webbing without using their shield or claws ?

Wolverine certainly is after 60 minutes

Heh. Yeah, very likely explanation for such showings.
Which is exactly why Parker has to watch out for DD's billy clubs --- despite his superhuman durability and accelerated healing, he still has mostly human anatomy, meaning he has nerve clusters.
Since Murdock targeted Brock Venom's weak spots just fine, it should be much easier to do so against Parker:

And Matt is not exactly a weak "peak human" character, either:

Thought so. Wolverine roughly has the same strength as Cap. Daredevil a little weaker I believe.

Sure they are, as they are indestructible and their users have legit super-strength.
I was just pointing out how Daredevil can - and has - hurt metahumans with his billy clubs.
He even knocked Parker out with repeated punches and club strikes.

By quantifiable feats Spider-Man's webbing easily holds all of those 3. The "strength" feats at has surpasses the ones of every team member.

Wolverine is the only one who can break free of it (and did so plenty of times), *but* he needs his claws in order to do it.
Steve and Matt have to avoid the webs at all cost --- which is something Cap can do with great success, as DS85 showed us:

8 webshooters.
Eight.
All missed its target.

True, Spider-Man is no Bullseye but he's no slouch. He shoots webbing to swing around frequently. His spider-sense and enhance reflexes also grant him better accuracy.
