i know how to make sapnish accents....here.
= Alt + 164
= Alt + 163
= Alt + 162
= Alt + 161
= Alt + 160
= Alt + 130
= Alt + 168
= Alt + 0161

Make sure you are using the RIGHT side of the keyboard (you know, alt and numbers keys)
also make sure you have nums lock ON.
an i think it only works on windows.
