A Commercial came on TV.
"Vote for Oswald Cobblepot" The Penguin said.
"I will be having a press confernce tommrow infront of City Hall " said The Penguin.
"Then in 4 days I will have one infront of Arkham " The Penguin snorted.

Dick Grayson awoke to the sound of thunder.
It would be a stormy day in Gotham City.
Reaching for the remote, he turned on the smalltelevision set that was positioned directly opposite the foot of his bed. On the screen was Oswald Cobblepot, the pudgy "former" criminal known as the Penguin.
"A press conference, eh?" thought Dick as he stroked his chin. "I better let Bruce know about this. Something tells me Cobblepot has something big planned."
Grayson stood, clad in only a pair of boxers. He rubbed the shiner below his left eye. One of the thugs yesterday had landed a solid right cross on him. "I'll get Alfred to look at it if I have time to stop by the Manor," thought Dick.
He walked into his tiny kitchen and opened a cupboard. "It's a miracle! I still have a box of Cheerios left!"
He grabbed the box, only to realize that the inside was filled with only crumbs.
"Great." He cursed under his breath as he tossed the box onto the already overflowing trash can.

The sound filled the small apartment.
With the press of a button, the muscuar man's body began to shake. The white tube connected from his forearm to the base of his skull filled with green liquid. The small box that rested on his right forearm was covered with a single red button. In time, the noise stopped, the fluid ran out, and the man's muscles relaxed, though they seemed even more defined.
The man rose from his chair and reached to the oaken desk beside him. Grabbing the black leather mask, he let out a deep breath. He then slid the mask over his face, zipping it up from behind like some massive, hulking luchadore.
A blond man wearing a red overcoat, white shirt and black slacks entered the room, his mouth curved into a smile.
"The plans are in order, Bane. The Bat is fighting a battle on two fronts right now, with Cobblepot and Ra's in the mix. He'll be ripe for the picking again," said the skinny, raspy individual.
"NO!" shouted the huge figure known as Bane. "This won't be like before. I broke his body before -- now I break his <i>soul</i>. Ten years ago, he had only the boy working by his side. Now he's surrounded by more amateurs than he can even count. And he counts <i>each one</i> as if they were his own children. I break them, I break the Bat once and for all. It begins, Bird. It begins."
Bird smiled even wider. "Can I start with the kid?"
"No. We must start with the one he holds closest to his heart. The one who is, for all intents and purposes, his son. We start with Grayson."

"Welcome to my first press confernce you should all know who I am " Penguin speaked into the microphone.
"I have changed ladies and gentlemen" he said starting to chuckle under his breathe.
"So vote Coblepot for Mayor you now why " laughed the Penguin.
Pulling out an Umbrela and opening it " I am going to lower tax funds and lower the prices of gas in exchange for your votes "
"I got a lot of great new ideas" the Penguin said.
(Back at Demon's Head)
"Ubu it is time for you to go into your total form " Ra's Al Ghul said.
Ubu put on his horned Bane mask and went to a Red Larza Pit and jumped into it.
After an hour Ubu walked out with the mask still on his head and his musles have grown bigger.
"Ubu go out there into this hidous over populated world and find us a member for the League of Assians.
Ubu went outside looking for a member to join the team.

Cain was dress was in her Batcustom. Now as the newly Batgirl in training(I guess we can skip that part, With Bane and all coming).
She was on a rooftop looking at the city. she was scanning the blocks, looking for muggers, robbers and such. Gotham is a city that has the highest crime rate, And Batgirl would try to find crime if evil doers comminted them. But she is not the det like Robin and Nightwing, She only knows how to fight.

Tim, still tired from spending the whole night patroling Gotham so Bruce can have some time with Selina, walks up from the batcave. "Man, if Stephanie hadn't been killed(is that in this continuity?) I would have had something to do last night." he said to himself. "Is it just me, or is something going down today." he read the paper to see if his hunch was right. "So Penguin is runnig for mayor...again."
(if you don't mind me asking, where did you get that idea from? Batman Returns or Batman Adventures?) Tim grabbed the toast he put in the toaster and put jam on it. He then ate his late breakfast.

Maybe Batman returns lol. But its ok,
I would like to do the laughing fish when the Joker does his next escape. Sometimes it might be fun to "Try to do some already told storys" and see if they follow or not?
Batgirl sees a woman being mugged by a group of Men.
Hand us the bag lady said one guy, Batgirl swings into action and takes out the muggers in a few moves, She than ties them up and calls the police to pick them up.
Than she escapes back into the darkness. (Gives Batgirl something to do while the villians build up I guess.)

Dick was just about to grab his Nightwing costume from the closet when he heard a startling knock.
"Who the --?"
Dick silenced himself, shut the closet tight, and walked to his front door, now clad in black sweatpants and a blue tank-top. The knocking commenced again.
After a quick glance through the peep-hole in the door, Dick swung the door open and looked at the sharply dressed individual.
The man's long blond hair was tied back in a tight ponytail and his hands were hidden behind his back.
"Dick Grayson?" the man asked.
"Last time I checked. And you would be --?"
And suddenly the man swung his right fist around, connecting with a devastating right hook to Grayson's jaw. Grayson staggered back against the far wall, slumping a bit. Blood was already flowing as Bird displayed the shiny set of brass knuckles adorned on his right fist.
"Today ... is NOT your lucky day," Bird said with a smile.
Dick's head was spinning. The dizziness only got worse as Bird connected with another strike, this one a spinning roundhouse that leveled the former acrobat.
Nightwing finally regained his senses just in time to roll away from a Vanderlei Silva-like stomp that likely would have ended all of his resistance. Grayson kipped up to his feet and wiped some of the blood from his mouth.

"It isn't YOUR lucky day either," Grayson said with a forced smirk.
Bird was unimpressed, swinging the brass knucks in the direction of Grayson's face. Grayson ducked, swatted Bird's arm away, and struck with a knee to the kidney, followed by a punch to the base of the skull.
The brass knucks fell to the ground as Grayson took a fighting pose. Bird staggered to his feet and clutched at the back of his head. He charged, only for Dick to use his own momentum against him with a Monkey Flip into the nearby desk.
Spotting an opening, Dick finally decided to get aggressive, charging Bird with his fists locked in an axehandle position. Bird swung his right foot into the air, the heel conecting with Dick's chest and sending the former Boy Wonder fumbling backward. Bird charged, leapt, and delivered a perfect thrust kick to the chest. The force of the kick knocked Grayson through a half-opened door and into his bedroom. Bird lifted the brass knuckles from the floor and placed them back around his right fist. When he entered Grayson's bedroom, however, Bird's arrogant smile turned upside down.
Standing in Bird's path stood Grayson ... armed with the fighting sticks he uses as Nightwing! With a stick in each hand, Grayson chuckled a bit.
"Mine are bigger than yours," he joked.
Bird wasted no time, charging at Grayson and swinging his fist forward. In one solid motion, Grayson ducked the punch, swung one stick into Bird's midsection, and brought the other into the back of his right knee.
With Bird kneeling, Grayson slammed the two sticks into either side of Bird's skull, rendering him unconscious.
He breathed a sigh of relief, holding the sticks at his side.

Grayson spun into a fighting pose, holding the sticks at his side. His jaw dropped when he saw the towering figure standing in his doorway and slowly approaching him.
The man who broke Bruce Wayne.
The man who once controlled all of Gotham.
The man they call Bane.
