With the somewhat success of my "Darth Revan vs. Count Dooku" thread, i decided to make this one. Now... I think we can all pretty much agree that Revan or Vader could whoop Dooku. The question is, who would win between the THEM (revan/vader). Now before all you fans of Vader get all anxious and say that he would win because he's classic and the chosen one, think about who would win in a battle, not who is a better character. (Because I actually like Vader better, but Revan could beat him).
So..... go ahead and discuss and do not forget to vote!
Keep in mind that Vader is kind of at a disadvantage because he is mostly machine (or cyborg). Physically i think Revan is better, yet Vader is more experienced with the Force and how to use it.
Just because there were more powerful Sith at the time doesn't mean shit...What if(this is totally hypothetical because if the Star Wars universe existed, there's no way it could be) the weakest Sith in the time of Revan was equal to the Emperor in the New Empire?
It's really impossible to say...This is more about who you think is "cooler" than anything...
If you actaully looked at it...Vader had no hand and there can move it in a faster speed than revan but raven hand a bong saber and would get doped up for there he didn't know wtf is going like this but who the heck cares..Vader all the way, vader could of taken down raven and luke at the same time but no luke and his little sweet talkin black wearing ewok cherrishing little butt had to bring his father to to the light side.
Well the matter is Vader would win because he's stronger in the darkside than anyone before him, Sidious being the ONLY exception. I care little for this Darth Revan, his powers are insignificant compared to Vader or Sidious.

Revan. He (can) have two lightsabers, with a really high number of attacks per round. Vader has armor, which would to no good against revans two lightsabers. Revan would crush him.
After all, He was "beaten" by luke.

How is my assumption terrible? doesn't Vader/Anakin have the highest midichlorian count, thus the highest connection to the force? Even after the lava bath his power level would be incredible, no other jedi manage to defeat him.

It's a terrible assumption because it was never stated in ANY movie that Vader was the most powerful ever. A high midichlorian count doesn't mean much...Personally, I hate the idea of midichlorians...It turned the force from something mystical(read: cool) to something scientific(read: dumb).
Anakin/Vader is definatly not the Strongest Sith ever. Think about the Ancient Sith...I don't feel like going into detail, I must go do something with my life.
The problem is you are all comparing an RPG charachter who has so many numerous options to one set in stone by Lucas himself, and wheter or not you like the idea of midichlorians it is still there. Anakin had a higher midichlorins level than Yoda whom we all know was one of the greatest jedi of all time. Being the chosen one has a lot to do with more than fulfilling the prophecy, because Yoda was once thought to be the Chosen one, sice his powers were so great.
Revan vs. Vader?
It depends.
It depends on:
1) If you mean Revan when he was Sith Lord, (first time)
or
2) If you in KotOR chose to make him good or evil.
The Sith Lords of old times were the powerful ones. Vader's strength is the closest thing that would match Revan and it is a mile away from coming close. Sith Lords of old may have had large armies and many Dark Jedi, but only because they were strong enough to control them all. Revan no doubt. Vader is a loser btw. Pick the right one from now on you Vader-losers.
