Plz help me to fix graphic anomalies!

 Plz help me to fix graphic anomalies!

I install the game pirates of the caribbean just now and when i start the game in tutorial deck, my screean is all white only the sea i can see by the window. The rest is all white, the menus (F1 and F2) i can see normal then plz if someone had same problem help me! confused

My pc:
p3 800mhz
geforce4 ti4600 128mb
OS WinMe
