NONO!! I was just saying that on each forum I'm registered with, they have the privilege of seeing the same poems repeatedly. I haven't written anything recently so I just copy and paste my stuff over and over embarrasment

I'm not allowed to rant and rave because I'm judging the contest, but I will say that this poem is on the up side of excellent thumb up

It's cool, I was pretty impressed with the amount of people who reacted to the presence of a poetry thread, so them posting their own work in it only made me happy big grin

If it wasn't for you all posting your poems in my thread, I seriously doubt Raz and Milla would have agreed to the opening of an entire forum happy

I'm not that special.

hapiness has left her life,
she knows it's gone for good.
so many things she can't control,
she's done all that she could.
with all she holds inside of her,
her life has turned around.
tears, anger, no more laughs,
was all she ever found.
her friends dont understand it,
why she dont talk no more.
she sits there crying to herself,
then leaves right out the doorl.
it's really only lately,
she's been feeling extra down,
it's best to leave her by herself,
when she wears her saddened frown.
maybe soon she'll see the light,
though probably not she thinks.
she'd rather die and leave this world,
from following the links.
everywhere she seems to go,
they tell her just one thing.
and that would be to let it go,
to follow what you sing.
and as she leaves this wicked world,
and flies up to the sky.
everyone she ever loved,
gave her one last goodbye.

I WANT...

i want to be an angel,
with wings to fly away,
i want someone to love me,
to hold me every day.
i want to know the truth with him,
exactly how he'll feel,
i want life to be perfect,
for i've never felt it's real.
i want to know just what to do.
to help me find the one,
i want him just to come to me,
and we'll have lots of fun.
i want this day for ever more,
so i can settle down,
i want the search to finish,
to no more wear a frown.

this is my newest poem - it's written differently to most of my sigs ... but i hope its still good.

if my thoughts could all come true,
then maybe you could see,
im really not so happy,
and i aint mad at you.

with all the things i've ever said,
nothing's been this true,
never would i ignore you,
or you would find me dead.

no matter what i say or do,
you're my sister, you're my life,
living just aint possible,
if i were not with you.

just promise me that if one day,
i seem to be a *****,
that you wont take no sore offence,
cause things for me are grey.

i try to see the up side,
rather than the down,
but right now it all seems so hard,
that i just want to hide.

i know that now you hate my guts,
but please just try and see,
that things for me are also hard,
sometimes i just go nuts.
