I guess now I have enough poems to make a thread. They might not be the plethora of verbal bliss some of us are used to, but theyre mine, and I'm proud of them. What matters is the feelings.

Angle's last stand *

My wings are torn and badly beaten,
My halo lying on the floor.
My memories are fast retreating,
And getting further ever more.

Your face is all that I remember
Your smile is all that keeps me warm.
And as my soul pleads to surrender,
I shed a tear, and am reborn.....

The wonder that is you

You look at me with your blue eyes,
I look right back its no surprise,
I love you more and more each day,
I hold you close and soflty say,
"My love for you is endless"

We touch,
And my heart skips a beat,
we kiss,
I nearly fall down at your feet,

Your every breath a new beginnnig,
Your gentle voice, like angels singing,
Your eyes, like gems of ritchest blue,
Eternally I'm drawn to you...

A beauty devine *

More beuaty than the autum leaves,.
falling down off autum trees.
More beaty than the Persian sun,
Enough to make a body numb.

The angels cry for you today,
Cry for the price you had to pay,
The time around me seems to stop,
They start decsending from atop.

As all my sorrow starts to show,
I plead with them to let you go,
They lift you up to heavens gates,
Along with you, your beauty fades.

My enlightenment

As I sit stairing in to the midnight blue,
My thoughts keep trailing back to you.
As leaves quiver in the summer breeze,
Your intoxicating smile puts me at ease.

What is this feeling?
What is it revealing?
Why am I falling for you?
You make my heart shine.
Its simply devine.
Oh how I wish that I knew.

The signifficant *

A moment,
just a single moment,
thats all time needs to change.
That one little thing,
that chages all things,
that one little action,
just a tiny fraction,
of all that makes everything tick.
The seemingly little decision,
That impacts the world in a way,
enough to make the mountains sway.

My nightmares *

The lost are never found in this wicked place
There is no solid ground, just an empty space.
The cursed are all that wonder here,
Its walls are laced with a terrifying fear.
The few that make it out, are never the same,
And anger cosumes them, because theres no one to blame
But themselves.

Dreams

Dreams make up for the time I lost
They make me feel alive
but funny how I feel most alive
is when My vitals tell a different story.

Anger *

Blank expression,
No impression,
Immitation of life,
Like the edge of a knife.

Cut the line,
Sever all that is mine,
Out of mind, out of sight,
Like the dead of the night.

Make me bleed,
Do me a wicked deed,
Make me cry,
Make it so I can feel alive.

Flight

Freely I soar
when youre at my side
free to love you
youre my spiritual guide.

Freely I fly
through the clouds at night
I look up at the stars
they remind me of you

I bleed, yet I'm dry.
I cant, yet I try.
I can see, yet I'm blind.
Please dont leave me behind.
I run, and look back,
All I see is pitch black.
I trip and I fall,
I hear your voice call.
I dont know where you are,
What happend to my guiding star?

Hopes and dreams

As I look at the sky
With my wide opened eyes
How I wish I could fly
All thats left is to try.

I'll roam the ages just to find you,
I'll follow the trail of love you left behind you,
I'll search the skies,
And the deepest pits of hell,
And if they ask me why, I'll tell:

You are my spring, my fall,
You are all my seasons,
I could find so many reasons,
Just so I could love you more.

How can love hurt so much?
To have you there,
but never to touch.

Isnt it meant to be wonderfull?
Isnt it meant to be bliss?
Isnt love meant to be magical?
Why cant I help feeling like this?

To have you cake and eat it too
Is that so much to ask?
To hold you while I speak to you,
And make that moment last

To run my fingers down your face
And look you in the eyes
To see your smile and taste your lips,
This love, so strong, it makes me cry.
