this game just took a turn towards crap, has anyone done the zero missions yet? the first one was easy but the second one you have to fly an rc plane which sucks because it has the worst handling ever
i dont see a katana around the cobra gym

i heard most of zero's missions were hard... i'mnot there yet.. but there is the one called Supply Lines(is that the one ur on?)
and evrybody said its the hardest mission in the game
the guy in gta3 is in a cutscene in SA the mission is called farewell....my love and catalina (the girl that shot the main character in the opening cutscene in grand theft auto 3) spoiler!!!!!
she is leaving you for him cause she goes out with u for a while and she is moving to liberty city with him

the only hard misson of Zero's is the Supply Lines... mission. It took me 9 tries lol. The stupid focker on the Sanchez kept blowin me up, or ditchin me
I think the most retarded missions were the ones you had to do with catalina...i was really annoyed
as far as the game being a let down as some have said, I don't think so at all. Everyone seemed to love GTA3 and wanted more...so Vice City was the "more"...most ppl seemed to love that too...so everyone was lookin forward to SA...but after GTA3 and VC, it gets that old kinda feeling...but not a let down....think of it this way...if you had never played GTA3 or Vice City, what would you think of SA?

You can buy things from the vending machine in the motel for health...i'm guessin you're talkin about the one that you have to go in to save Sweet, in the mission Reuniting The Families? And the helicopters come, and say "this is the LAPD" instead of "SAPD" lol
as far as the gangs ceasing to try and take over territories, they will always keep trying...at least thats what it says in the 2 walkthrough's i've checked out that are actually finished...but when you're in the other cities, they dont....and if you don't feel like fighting when "your hood is under attack!", just go into a safe house, save the game, and the territory will still be yours

well i'm not too sure about the gang situation now....cause i'm in San Fierro, and all my "green territory" in los santos is gone...guess you're just gonna have to wait till someone acquires all the properties, or until you do lol

No, to be technical, Rockstar has said each game is another CHUNK in the GTA universe. Why the hell would a company make an entire game to "keep us occupied" and not expansion packs and stuff, that's ridiculous, no one lives forever. Companies don't "make games to keep us occupied" they make them to keep the gamer happy, and to make livings for themselves, and their families.
*spoilers*
How can GTA 1 be before London which is 1969? And GTA: SA takes place in 1992, Claude Speed/Mr. Mute/GTA 3 guy is in it, and Catalina who betrays him in the intro leaves Carl Johnson for Claude in SA.
So if it "had" a timeline, it would be:
GTA: London
GTA
GTA 2
GTA: VC
GTA: SA
GTA 3
OR
GTA: London
GTA: VC
GTA: SA
GTA
GTA 2
GTA 3
they are not "side-games", you changed Rockstar's interview, it is in the issue of Game Informer with the Vice City preview, so those are examples of what it WOULD be if they were all timelined. SA is BEFORE (atleast only, if not 1 & 2 also) 3, as Claude is in it.
