DC does not want to do CM right because he would be more powerful than their baby SM and I like SM but it is true he is their baby so they will not let CM do SM like he really could in an all out brawl neither holding back.

Actually, Marvel was able to fly before Supes. It's debatable who is the more powerful of the two. On more than one occasion, DC has stated the Marvel is Superman's equal. Marvel has always handled himself well against Superman. I say this battle is even or maybe 5.5/10 for Superman.
CM's magical punches are more effective than anything Superman can do to him disregarding T-Vo silliness. I don't see how Billy can logically lose this.
Other than that suckerpunch CM gave to Superman after having Power Girl's tongue down his throat, CM never really has beaten Supes in a fight. Imo, it would be a draw (they have been said on MANY different occasions to be equals) or Superman might get 5.5/10.

Countered by Marvel's clearly superior durability. Heat vision is nothing more than an annoyance which can't be said for the Zeus' lightning. Artic breath has never been effective on anyone at their power level.

First of all, Captain Marvel said that he was lucky that Superman wasn't paying attention when he suckerpunched him. Second of all, what speed feats puts Marvel on Superman's level? Finally, Superman also has the ability to vibrate his molecules intangible or invisible. I can't say the same about Billy. Btw, has Superman ever used a full powered heat blast on Marvel?

How would I know? He's used it before and it hasn't been effective which is all we can go by. I'd be willing to say if CM can heal instantly from a tesseract bomb blowing his organs inside out he can take "full power" HV.
The Wally fight is impressive, but how fast exactly were they going? For the Martian Manhunter feat; Superman's speed>>Martian Manhunter's speed.
No, he would easily use his advantage and pummel Billy all day while Captain Marvel couldn't do anything about it.
He can survive a blast that is incalcuably hotter than anything that can be measured and that can blow up a planet? I'm not saying that he can't, however consistent dowsing with the heat vision would weaken him severly. Why do you think Captain Marvel's durability is greater? Superman is vulnerable to Billy's magic, that doesn't mean he's less durable. Superman has flown out of a double black hole and has survived a blast equal to a million nuclear blasts before.

The lightning can strike intangible beings. Billy controls whether the lightning itself is tangible or intangible.
Captain Marvel's stated his magical durability allows him to survive things other heros (Superman included) can't. When Johnny Thunder went nuts he walked right through his 5th dimensional magic. He took the force of that tesserect bomb because the rest of the JLA could not. His healing factor kicks is one of the best out there.
I don't care what it's been classed at. The simple fact is that it's never worked on Billy. Why should I disregard that for this super duper version of HV we've never seen?
