So the length of time someone has been around, makes their comments and threads more important then someone else's? Cracker please!!!
The point of my lashing out is that someone had one of these types of threads, it got shut down. Someone tried to start another one and it got shut down before it hit a 2nd page. Now someone else, who happens to be a Mod. and just happens to be poking JP, starts one of his own and it's OK. Sounds like a double standard to me.
And just because someone has only been around for a short time, doesn't mean that they don't know anything. It just means that they have only graced this forum for that length of time. Not to mention that this should be in the EU section. This has nothing to do with EP3.

...just shut up. The reason the Temple was allowed to be open is because JP had permission from the mods to start a social thread. That one eventually had to be put to sleep due to trollers. This thread obviously has permission from the mods to be open.
And anyway, from what I understand, Queeq's been running these bars on here for years.
You knowm, JP doesnt come here bc the people here are real a**holes sometimes and I dont blame her.... so dont bad mouth her and dont be making accusations of a perverted and inappropriate nature about her... jeez.... Especially since JP still has alot of friends on this board... and I am glad to be one of them!!

Sigh... let me make a few things clear here.
1. The Temple was closed due to flame wars among members and JPs own request.
2. Other social threads that were opened afterwards were closed because there was a policy of waiting before trying something new in the aftermath of that incident.
3. After that period of waiting, the board admin, Raz, asked queeq, one of the oldest and effectively founding members of this board, to open a new social thread here. This had nothing to do with JP or anyone else, simply that queeq always used to run the SW social threads.
4. It belongs in this area- the admin and mods have specifically sanctioned the use of a SINGLE social thread in the most-used Star Wars area.
If you seriously think any of this constitutes a double-standard, then your opinion is seriously flawed.
However, FURTHER flame wars about this whole area will not be tolerated. People on both sides of any further wars about the JP issue will be warned and, if necessary, have further action taken against them. Despite what you might think, most people really do not care that much and do not want their enjoyment of the boards ruined by these continual petty arguments here.
This is a social thread, it is meant to be for fun. So cut out this fighting and get on with enjoying the place. queeq is boss here- his word goes.
Let that be an end to the matter.
