I don't suffer from depression but I am down quiet a lot.

People with depression often feel worthless. I don't, I feel very good about myself smile

One of friends suffers from depression. I think some of them need a lot of time to themselves. She is somebody that enjoys her own company, so when no ones around she can do what she likes, she doesn't get in fights with them because they're not around, there fore there's nothing that will get her upset.

actually it is bad for you. it causes major health problems if left untreated. it can lead to earlier death from things such as heart disease and cancers. The reason is because when your depressed you become less healthy which leave you vulnerable for a weakened immune system, it not only effects you Psychically, but also Psychologically it can have long term effects.

i prefured wanting to die over knowing i was going to confused

but... i haventwanted to die in about a year... the tought of it freaks me out blink

Thats what being depressed is like, being with others just pisses you off, but the worst thing is when people wont leave you alone, you genraly lash out at them, sometimes its so bad you think you want them dead, when your on your own is the only time you can make sense of things, when i feel depressed a go for a walk in the night to help me clear my mind this way i can be alone.

Yep, totally different for me.

I used to suffer from depression, and I wasn't always angry like you described. The only person I was pissed off with was myself, like to the point that people didn't want to be around me anymore because I was so quiet and unresponsive, it freaked them out. For me it was like being really, really tired all the time, but in your mind, and feeling like everything I did was completely pointless. Kind of like a permanent hang-over, come to think of it.

Depression owns eek!

hmmm i feel like everything is pointless and nothing i do matters, i realy dont think aku knew what he was talking about when he said its not so bad its horribal and painful
