What's Magneto just waking up have to do with it?

Either way, Mags fought Strange to a draw, and I think Strange is more powerful than Fate, so Mags wins.

I've never been comfortable with magic battles, though, so I won't work too hard to defend my position on this. Magic is too illogical to debate intelligently....
