Yes Panther should win, he's a so much better fighter than Cyclops.
But then again, Scott can be quite cunning when he wants to, and if he can keep him at a distance he has a reasonable chance.

Scott is pretty smart, but can't hold a candle to Black Panther. Melee style BP doesn't lose. The real fight is about Scott trying to get a long range shot off. Now, if he could get a good hit, he might win, but I say that BP avoids the shots. He wins.
(You really like BP, don't you arsenal-two BP fights in a row!!! So great, I love Black Panther!!! Have you read the new one???)
Cy rarely kills. He has though. He won't here. So where does this thing take place?? If it's in a desert somewhere, Panther goes down. Cy takes off his visor and blows shit up!! lol Anywhere with people, Panther wins. More people, in fact, better his chance. I say Panther 7/10

ok, so maybe he'd prefer not to kill, but he could open his visor to a non-lethal setting but still enough to knock the crap out of BP and just leave it open untill he got a hit
