i think she can too- i mean in the comics she always seems to hbe feeling what others are. if she is an empath to the weather, then why not expand her abilities even further and make her an empath to people?? imo she is or can be when she wants. and another thing she al;ways seems to know when others are in need of help in battle.
Storm can feel the weather, but not so to the extent of seeing conditions in a completely different light [in the comics I've seen her in]. But people earlier have said otherwise in recent comics. On the other spectrum, Meggan completely sees life differenty in the forms of light and shades, which enables to have complete control as an elemental and emotionally affect her when things are dark and empty.
It's a visual perception change for Meggan. She admittedly said that this "light" that emancipated from Captain Britain's being early on was partly what attracted her to him. I forgot what was the name of the shaman or creature that made her see life differently. She's naturally innocent, but that's another matter.
But I think that applies to humans in general where they can sometimes sense uneasiness, compassion, etc. via facial expressions, body language, or other means I cannot easily describe.
I like Storm, but I wouldn't want her to evolve to the extent of being another telepath. Beyond telepaths however, there is emotional reading skills from the likes of Batgirl (Cassandra).
yeah thopugh i wouldn't want her to be a telepath then she's just like almost everyone else. her power makes her unique. i mean you always see telepaths, strong people, fast people, flying people, healing people, ther is like tons of stuff but you like never see someone who can control the weather and that is one of the reasons why i like her so much. but imo there is so many possibilities of secondary mutations for storm. i have a few in my head and a fefw powers that can be used w;/ the weather that she hasn't done. maybe i'll make a thread of it.
Well, that's stupid. The great limitation on Pyro was that he couldn't make the fire himself. I'm happy with Evo for giving him that...and his classic outfit + Aussie voice!
I like Emma's secondary mutation. It so totally fits her and just makes her ego higher. Though I'd like to see a mutant slave camp selling the world's largest diamond!
And I love how the writers use her telepathy in a cool way. Its no longer just reading minds...Emma pushes bliss buttons and makes herself invisible. <333
