About as much as when he usually jumps and punches someone out of the sky. The springs just negated his gravity they didn't shoot him off into space.

Grey Hulk is (apparently) a planet crusher just like all the other madder = stronger versions

why?
Because theres no limit to his strength as he gets angry. His anger hasnt been tested for a limit.
Kal-El on the other hand has "superhuman" strength. Do the math Gentlemen. Super Human = more or less 10, 000 people (being generous VS. constant rising of anger anger ( anger x testosterone= strength)....results Kal-El getting a Kryptonite IV bag in his arms.
