It's not a stupid question, I get those a lot...
People think we speak Belgian here...
We actually speak Dutch (ok, minor differences between our Dutch and the Dutch in The Netherlands, that's why we call our language also Flemish)

4 million speak French

...well, we use to do. But now....I don`t know...The Norwegian football team has become absolutely redicilous...they are bad. The coach is a bastard and should be fired.....I think you would have beaten uss now.
