Storm can control weather patterns and perform impressive feats, ok, but her durability is that of a human, as for Magneto, she has to deal with high energies that her body can't deal with for a exstensive span of time.She can tire out, while Iron Man can just use his sonic device to K.O. her, throw at her some missiles, enter in stealth mode, reappear in front of her and blast her into oblivion or punch her outta the battlefield.

After that she realized it wasn't working, then creating a blizzard and almost froze his jet boots.
Once they have worked together, anytime his suit was drained she would rechange him.

^^if his sonic device is truly sound, storm is able to do something to the air and pressure so that sound doesn't get in-she can easily take care of missels, check out extreme x-men. stealth mode won't work either because she can see heat signatures and energy patterns, sence his bio-electric field, or sence his disturbance through the wind. her emp's have worked against him in the past and can do so again.
^^i know that, she can manipulate his bio-electric field to shut down his heart. and yes, i doubt he could catch him seeing as she can take the air and wind away from him, she did it to angel. and what-if, are you going for storm or iron-man because most of your points were good for storm
i believe all storm has to do is an emp, then shut-down his heart........but what if- what makes me so bias that you made one of your first potst about me, because i have said storm loses a lot of fights tons of times on the forum. if she will lose then i will say it, but if she has a chance or wins then i will say it
