I am at volume 8, and am waiting for volume 9 to come out. I favor Daisuke & Riku. I am confuesed about something though. Satoshi doesnt "like-like" Dark or Daisuke does he? He just feels a friendship bond between himself and Daisuke right??? Krad doesn't "like-like" Dark either, right? I'd be sad if this manga turned out to be boy-boy, not because I think its wrong, just because I favor Satoshi-Risa, and Daisuke-Riku. (Talking about manga, not anime)

I don't think it will be a shonen-ai at all. Though they may hint at it. I think Satoshi just feels friendship with Daisuke. And Krad is only coveting Satoshi's body. So it's all good

uh-huh. i don't think risa's going to end up with satoshi or anything, though..... i really can't wait for nine!!! i've been reading the others over and over. of course daisuke and riku! who else would end up with dai?

The production of the class play finally hits the stage, and even though Daisuke was a little embarrassed to play a girl, he soon realizes that giving a good performance in the part of Freedert is the least he can do for his magical friend. Later, there's a series of transformations and troubled sleep, when a near kiss from Daisuke to Riku changes him into Dark. Then, when Dark plants one on Risa, he changes back into Daisuke--something that has never happened before!
what happens if dark gets his sacred madien to accept him before his tamer's does?
Oh, Sad. The info in the back of book 8 about book 9 made me think Daisuke would actully kiss Riku. *Sad*. Oh, that also makes me think, does that imply that Dark likes Riku?
On another note, I am veyr troubled by something. When I re-read volume 1, Dark was going to kiss Riku. Then, the artifact which he stole (some love potion) spilled. Then he turned into Daisuke. Is this why Daisuke and Riku like eacother? I hope it isn't... Also, why was Dark going to kiss Riku anyways?
