There was a whole month (5 weeks, actually) of DC1million issues, where each regular DC title was replaced with that charachter's counterpart from the mainstream DCU future (835th centuary).
Prime is mentionned in most of them, but appears in:
DC1milllion#4,
DC1million 80-page giant,
Superman: Man of Tommorrow 1milllion,
Ressurrection Man 1million,
Superman: Man of Steel 1million.
Not sure about the last 3 though

wow, eleven. I just have the Superman comics, Batman, and the TPB, and it's gonna stay that way.
I hate shelling out a lot of money for company wide cross-overs (which is why I waited until Our Worlds at War got collected.)
