Finally, what about the discarding his wand. As you know, he has done magic without his wand. So what if he learned to basically learn to us it?He wouldn't need his wand anymore.

Um... i kinda think he's always going to need and use his wand. but he could maybe find otherways to do magic without it. But i feel like it will still be a big part of his magic and everything that he does.

HPB is Crookshanks. I'd bet money.
Also would be willing to bet Petunia does magic before the series is finished. JKR mentioned someone not using their magic talents until late in life, and also had a very cryptic answer to the question of whether Petunia is a Squib. I bet she's a witch who never did any magic and will perform some by the end of book 7.

Dudely(SP?) can do magic, Dumbledore just put a spell on him so he wont know he can do it. Why do you think in Dumbledores letter, at the end said "Remeber my last letter!" and Petunia panicked? It is because if she doesn't let Harry stay, he will take the memory spell off Dudley and he might do magic.

That is a rumor though, not a spoiler. But it makes a lot of sense. And Crookshanks can't be the HBP when where have the cat been since the third book. Besides, everything points to Hagrid.

Alright, here is what I think on this all. Don't worry, this isn't a spoiler, it is my thoughts. Dumbledore dies. Hagrid is Half Blood Prince. Lupin is killed by Peter Pettigrew, and the knews that Dudley can do magic finally comes out. Oh, and Sirius comes back as a dementor.
Now, how Dumbledore dies I haven't a clue, haven't got enough info on it yet. Hagrid is the Half Blood Prince because he is half blood and, since we don't know who his mother is, his mother might be queen of giants. Lupin will be killed by Peter because JKR gave Peter a silver hand and, kinda foreshadow it there since Lupin is a Were Wolf. Dudley will do magic because Petunia and Vernon will be thinking on getting rid of Harry and Dumbledore will tell Vernon and Dudley, who don't know he can do magic, and left the memory spell off him so he can do magic. And Sirius comes back as a dementor to fight Harry (Though how he will figure out it is Sirius not sure, have to think on that) because what I think is, when you go behind the veil you become a dementor.
And there you go, some stuff for you to think about. Enjoy pondering all this. ^.^

The idea about dudly doing magic seems a little far fetched to me...petunia is diffinitly hiding something, we just dont know what yet. I'm assuming she made some kind of deal with dumbledore about keeping harry at their house, since the 'remember my last' was reffering to the letter that came with harry when he was left on their door step.

When it happens, Uncle Vernon had no clue what the letter was talking about, and I am sure Uncle Vernon read the letter that was left with Harry. So there must be a letter problem between Petunia and Dumbledore.

yo....i guess it makes total sense dumbeldore will die....d more ppl who die to serve for harry...d more harry will be stronger...once dumbeldore dies....harry will be really angry and very strong, meaning more stronger den dumbeldore himself....
