Well....must have seen all the movies about the Gendarme (there are 4 or 5 of them) plus many others...but I came to dislike a bit Louis de Funès' films. The only thing I keep is one or two fantastic scenes (In "La folie des Grandeurs", for instance).

He was a great actor, definitely. But in my opinion he made too much movies...some of them are not really funny.

Yes. The fact it's on tv doesn't mean I need to watch it again.

Clovie! We're speaking English. It's... not like us.

oh waffle no! the horrible things that Louis de Ridicule made (which he claims are movies) have entered KMC.

People are talking in the GDF about how the OTF is at an all time low, what about this?

I have never once laughed at any "joke" in his "movies" and yes, I saw them all since I was forced to watch them.

If he did just one Gendarmes-movie or just one movie in total, I wouldn't have mind but he appears everywhere! If I want to see someone making funny faces, I'll gladly take Jim Carrey instead of this geezer
*shivers*

2. should i feel offended?

3. why did they force you to watch those movies? blink that's pointless... that made you hated them even more confused

4. i don't remember funny faces..maybe they weren't that funny confused
but some plot-jokes were funny...or it was our translation thing ninja

1. that I don't like him stick out tongue

2. no, but Louise should and he should hang his head in shame

3. damn straight, but I couldn't help it, I was at that point a minor... I had to shut up, sit there and watch the movie... it gave me nightmares not really but it's more dramatic if I say that wink

4. well, then call it facial overacting or something
well, it's been some time since I last saw them so perhaps some plot-jokes might have been at least a bit decent wink
exactly, see wink
