Yes, depending on the thread title.

If it is a thread that contains spoilers, but the title does not mention is has spoilers, please, please please use spoiler tags.

However if the thread title mentions spoilers will be involved, then talk freely.

If the thread title does not say spoilers and the message contains spoilers, but the thread title makes it obvious there will be spoilers involved; IE "Anakin's Fall to the Dark Side w/Pics". It should be sufficient enough for members to distinguish that there will be some amount of spoilers contained therein.
