I'll be the only other person to formulate a reply coherent enough to be understood.
Doom almost certainly would find a way with prep. Without prep I wouldn't put it past him but it's not looking good, at all IMO.

Hulk unless there's prep but even without prep i'd say Doom would stay alive maybe 2- or 3 hours but eventually Hulk would be victorious!

Numbers are NOT always the answer. Brains usually is though, and Doom has enough of that, and with enough prep time can win. He's even got a whole country at his disposal to stall them a minute or so if he needs to.
