Boba fett is most likely not in Episode III i'm afraid juding from the graphic novel etc, if he is, probably for only a couple seconds as a background character
1. Will Jar -Jar be in the movie?
2. Who is the best jedi?
3. Who is Syfo-Dyas?
4. Does Yoda throw acid at Palps and mess up his face?
5. Is Qui-Gon in the movie?
6. I heard Yoda farts in the movie.
7. Do all of the jedi other than Yoda and Obi really die?
8. Is Super Shadow real?
and one I forgot:
9. What happens to Boba Fett? Is he in the movie?

Well, latest EU watchdogs spreading a little rumour that Boba Fett was taken under the "wing" of a once Super-Commando who had served with Jango, and that Boba eventually killed him....
....but that's just speculation.
Boba has help from many people over the EU years, and he learns alot from them:
Jabba and the Hutts, the Empire, the Bounty Hunter's Guild....the white-skinned Jedi Hunter....etc.
But as Julie said, Boba raised Boba.
