The Ancients vs. the Fantastic Four

Not many people know the Ancients sooooo...

In 1004 B.C., a league of Earth's greatest warriors were gathered by the noble Rama Khan. Khan had to battle a prophesied "Seven-Headed Hydra" that would come through time and destroy the world. The prophecy had been conjured by the ruthless High Priestess of Atlantis, Gamemnae, who sought to keep the modern-day JLA from ruining her plans for world conquest.

Gamemnae: Cast from Atlantis as a child, Gamemnae returned a powerful sorceress and literally lifted Atlantis from the ocean floor for revenge.

Sela: Insatiable in her lust for life as well as thirst for battle, Sela is a "Warrior's Warrior," armed with mystic weapons.

The Whaler: The Whaler's "Borealis Effect" is presumed to be a result of his Northern Eurasian tribe's developing on the land bridge between Asia and North America.

The Anointed One: An Alien who fell from the sky, the Anointed was found by Hebrew Mystics and raised in the Jewish faith as an "Earthbound Angel."

Rama Khan: Khan has complete control over earth from his homeland, Jarhanpur. Even a handful of his native dirt can be transformed into a wall of fire, granite armor, or a sea of wine.

Tezumak: Warrior-Monk of a pre-Aztec people, Tezumak channels a complete mastery of the physical sciences from a powerful Smith-god, requiring blood sacrifice to maintain his divine connection.

Manitou Raven: A North American shaman with mystical powers rivaling Gamemnae's, Manitou was considered a "savage" by his peers for his sensitivity, humility, and quiet strength. He is a superior friend to have on one's side.

No preptime. The Fantastic Four has the Hulk, She-Hulk and Namor to even the odds.

Fantastic four (good) + She-hulk (better) + namor (better) + Hulk (best) = sad Ancients.

To be honest, the Ancients would put up a good fight, but eventually that FF team would take them. Unless Manitou and/or Gamemnae found some way to wipe them all off the face of the Earth, somehow...
