Eh, I'll go with team Zod. More people with Thanos but not as high in quality. Thanos, Gladiator, and IronMan are the only difference makers. Team Zod has Doomsday, Juggs, Flash (always an interesting wild card), Magneto (who's totally badass in his current form), and Zod himself.

Mystique can morph into Adam Warlock or something to make it look like the fight's more even, but when they realize she doesn't have powers, team Zod will laugh their way to the win.
