we should divide everybody into fire teams, and then do one big mission, with somebody being a game master so everybody isnt deciding how many guys we are facing.

Specialty is more like what weapons or skills you're best with. I took heavy weaponry and grenades. And the fire teams and one big mission is how the game is set up.
