Colossus would lose... he's hard to hurt or damage but not impossible.... these two guys could through him around all day slamming him into everything they can find..... he'd eventually tire or be injured
EDIT: and as recently pointed out in "Ultimate Nightmare" Colossus's eyes aren't as well protected as the rest of his body = weak spot

i think the eye weakness applies in the regular universe because in ultimate nightmare he says i wonder how you see if your eyes are also metal
