read X-men comics, he does it (implied) in his FIRST appearance...
And he does it all the time spelled out later... he knocks out a group of men in UXM 360 or so. his daughter Polaris knocked out an entire congregation of wedding guests by reversing blood flow in their brains, and she was able to break Iceman's ice by using trace metals.

Magneto would have to come into the fight with his strongest shield up, it could take Superman's punches for a while. Long enough to see if the bio-aura deally works, which is possible.
Even if it's psi-energy, it's still based on electric impulses, which Mag's has shown to be able to effect.
It'd be kinda neat for Mag to totally shut off Superman's powers with a wave of his hand.
But, those dirty mutants are already powerful enough.

Not exactly thats one of the problems with a unified field theory, just one, you have all sorts of other forces involved weak and strong. So not really. Alot of particles it is theorised have carrier waves. Hence the wave particle duality with light etc. but as we go deeper the subatomic particles interact with forces at a deeper level. All particles really have wavelength characteristics, but they don't exactly fit in with the traditional electromagnetic spectrum.
This doesn't deal with psions because they really are theoretical to an almost sci fit level but it does deal with subatomic interactions
Black Wolverine. Hooked on Phonics might work for you. Use punctuation in your sentences. It gives me a headache just reading your jibberish incoherent nonsense.
Now Magneto is just a mutant. He can not fight for a long period of time.... he would get fatigued after fighting for a few hours let alone an entire day. Superman would win this hands down.
