lana lang was not in the movies, lois lane was! that's why she was introduced this last season. b/c this is the transition from him being a student to working in metropolis. lana was just his high school crush.

oh and..this is the last season for smallville...i think, b/c they have a new superman movie coming out in summer 2006. i can't wait!
