Supposedly, but I'm actually just as content to wait. Next week is free as hell for me, so any chance to push the starting date toward next Monday is great for me. But the brackets should be up any time now...the anticipation/apprehension is actually quite fun. I'm not scared of anyone, but there's 2-3 people I'd rather not face in Round 1, and I'm sure pretty much everyone else feels the same way.
Eh, I actually did my homework with those two, since I realize they'll be tough. They're obviously good debaters, so no one would voluntarily pick to fight them, but there's actually 1-2 others I'd avoid before them two. That said, even well-prepared I'd be in for a rough fight against Blackstrom or Flash Thordon (ahhh...), so if they do fight I won't be dissapointed.
Keep guessing nimbus...I'd never reveal who it is anyway...bwahaha!

P.S. Besides, I'm not scared of anyone...I'd just rather leave my more epic victories...I mean fights, yeah epic fights, that's it...for the later rounds.
we did that fight not too long ago...... with all the combos here i'd like to get someone i haven't "fought" before in the opener
....... i'm not going to name any names....... but after looking through the character list i have my suspicions that one or two picks were made deliberately for going up against my guy......... not that i'm paranoid or anything.......
I doubt anyone picked deliberately against you specifically, but once all the Flash's started getting taken up, a pick or two might have been devoted to combatting them and the speed force. Not any of mine (hell, I didn't even pick most of my team, Quick Freeze did), but I've seen a couple picks that might be help fighting a flash-type.
And that's a smart tactic really, because most of us either have a Flash, or will be facing one at some point, so an anti-flash pick would be relatively safe.
i didn't mean there were whole team picks with me in mind.... just one or two people may have chosen specific components to combat one of my guys abilities
then again i may just be paranoid from lack of sleep

Stormfront vs. Regular Storm (stormfront won't be able to attack his beloved Storm and will forfeit the match)

KVD vs. JP (he's everywhere at once apparently, so this isn't impossible).
gautam vs. The Time Zones (if he's really in Japan, he'll be fighting in the middle of the night while we're chillin' in the afternoon)
ScarletSpider vs. Moonstone and Hal (he couldn't decide between them so they both left, got married, and are attacking him).
