Well, The Destroyer isnt an actual character, its just a suit.

It really wouldnt be a fair fight with Destroyer because the person who inhabits it would be far away and would be made invincible by magic and if destroyer got destroyed it wouldnt effect the person who mind was inhabiting it i.e the person would be a mile away in a coma like state.

Also, its mindless unless its inhabited by a high grade asguardian....with extreme will.
So unless Odin or Thor or someone is inside it, it'll take control and you wouldnt be able to direct it at all.

And it was only a herald because Thor gave it to Galactus, Thor didnt know it was for fighting Celestials. The Destroyer is more on the level of Odin than Herald level.

So the Armor is considered more of a weapon like Ironman's armor or even the Ultimate Nullifier?

No you may not have the destroyer armor. The armor itself beyond skyfather level. Although it "served" under galactus under the title as a herald it was on a completely different power level than the rest of the heralds.

Herald level as stated in the rules is Ironman to Silver Surfer level. Please rechoose.

SHIIIIIT!!!! guys!!!! i cant do the tourney! i'm gonna be working on my schools musical for like the next month til like 10:30. i just cant. im sorry i'm pulling out. i'll check in every once in a while when i have time but i really cant participate very much. so im sorry but i forfeiting. whoever wants a superman w/ general skills or the greatest magician in the marvel universe, can have them. sorry for any inconvinience. maybe DM can replace me.
