Well heck, it doesn't exactly sound infinite then...I wouldn't complain either...sounds like he'd be on par with a pick of Thor/Majestic/Zod , etc. but if either Warlock or Moondragon got picked, I think it's safe to say that the gem would be an unfair advantage (since they are more powerful to begin with).
...in all likelihood Evangel will ban it. It is separate from Drax and isn't something like "Daredevil's Cane/Weapon Thingy" that's always with him. I don't really have a vested interest anymore, so however it turns out is fine by me.
And on a side note, I hope you find a team eventually Scoob...haha. Pretty soon people will be objecting to you having Jubilee.

i repicked Drax last night when i was drunk....... and i thought you may not allow him.... he'd be ok solo but with a decent intelligence backing him he's a threat to anyone (infinite strength and invulnerability)

Loki shouldn't be above herald level...yeah he's a powerful sorcerer but would have a hard time fighting Warlock, Surfer, etc. He's constantly thwarted by Thor too...and Thor definitely isn't above herald.

And I think Nimrod was banned for a different reason than "being above herald"...The initial rules stated a few powers or abilities that couldn't be used. Time travel was one of them (hence the Doctor/Hourman/etc. being banned) and another was something along the lines of "being able to instantly adapt on the fly with new powers and techniques." If Nimrod were picked, one could argue that he'd keep reforming himself, each time with new weapons, powers, and invulnerabilities. That would be a breach of Evangel's rules, so I think that's why Nimrod was banned.

No, Nimrod can change/adapt. As a super-intelligent machine, he's able to develop new technologies (i.e. weapons/strategies/etc.) to deal with threats.
This is from Marvel's bio of him...

Unless you're talking about the much lesser known Nimrod who is a vampire...Doubtful, but him and Bloodstorm might make a cute couple
oh i read that part but i didn't think it actually meant that he coulkd get new abilities. but i'm willing to discount that ability cause i would still want him even if he isn't allowe3d. he follows all the rules. this character wasn't band. this character is under herald level and ev only said we couldn't use those abilities, not pick ones that had them cause if thats what she meant then there are others that arteen't allowed too
