Both are favourites of mine too. Classic Who does not compare to ST TOS, but nothing does.

Just what I've read. He apparently co-starred in a Netflix show as a gay teacher or something, won a bunch of awards. Appears to be Scottish.

Seems like a good choice based on clips.
