Career background: On a cold night in February Bull had been paid to terminate an officer. An officer of some organization that Bull wasn't informed of. They took him to a blank room and questioned him, but he didn't give them the satisfaction of hearing him answer. Instead of killing him--they didn't even torture him, the idiots--they enlisted him. Over the course of four years Bull served Umbrella, with each passing year leaving him more and more annoyed with the corporation and more intent on escaping and doing something about it. So, in the end, he did. He left them, and in that time he didn't have a clue how he would integrate with the world again as he had before. So he took up a new hobby, a daredevil hobby, a suicidal hobby, one that fit his personality: he started fighting Umbrella.

All right. Well, I could give you more about Project R now. He had tests ran on his body, sort of fixating his genes with a special reaction that would instantly create a sort of 'scab' over the wound then heal it at a faster rate. The substance itself makes Project R's skin somewhat touch, sort of like a tractor tire almost. Going with his past, he was placed in a gang, so he has a history with gun use along with being rejected from the army.
