Hair: Originally blond, but she had to go into hideing after she ran away from slavery when she was 13 and she dyed her hair brown.
Eyes: Brown.
History: Jacy was born at sea. Her mother and father were slaves to pirates. When she was 4 the pirates murdered her parents and gave her to the cook of the boat. The cook was a woman named Riva Ewing. When Jacy was 6 she found out Riva was a witch. Riva gave Jacy the power to change into any animal and also made her in charge of the sea. Jacy could create waves, make storms appear or any other thing that had to do with the sea. But this power only worked when she was around the sea. When Jacy was 11 Riva was sold to sombody on an island, leaving Jacy as the only slave left on the boat. She was treated roughly and didn't get fed much. She lived that way for 2 years untill they came to another island where Jacy would be sold. Not wanting to be sold Jacy snuck off the island one night and swam to a different place. When she got there she found a dragon and named it Verta. Then she lived there.)
