Cut a long story short, Obi-Wan gets thrown around by Grievous. Then Obi-Wan manages to open up Grievous' chestplate, then he throws Obi-Wan almost over the edge of the sinkhole. With that, Grievous picks up an electric staff (whatever there called) and goes in for the kill. He raises it high above his head, then Obi-Wan uses the force, grabs GG's blaster then fries him to death.
Obi-Wan: "So uncivilised."
ENTER: Jedi Temple - hangar bay

Mace: Skywalker, we just received word that Obi-Wan has destroyed General Grievous. We're on our way to make sure the Chancellor returns emergency power back to the Senate.
Anakin: He won't give up his power. I've just learned a terrible truth. I think Chancellor Palpatne is a Sith Lord.
Mace: A Sith Lord?
Anakin: (Nods) Yes. The one we've been looking for.
Mace: How do you know this?
Anakin: He knows the ways of the Force. (Looks away) He's been trained to use the Dark Side.
Mace: Are you sure?
Anakin: Absolutely.
Mace: (looks away) Then our worst fears have been realized. We must move quickly if the Jedi Order is to survive.
Anakin: Master, the Chancellor is very powerful. You'll need my help if you are going to arrest him.
Mace: For your own good, stay out of this affair. I sense a great deal of confusion in you, young Skywalker. There is much fear that clouds your judgment.
Anakin: I must go, Master.
Mace: No... If what you told me is true, you will've gained my trust. But for now, remain here. Wait in the council chambers until we return.
Anakin: Yes, Master.
Mace takes off as Anakin watches. Anakin walks away.

Padme is seen thinking in her apartment.
Anakin is seen thinking in the Council Chamber.
Palpatine's voice is heard as Anakin contemplates...
Palpatine: You do know, don't you. If the Jedi destroy me, any chance of saving her will be lost.
Anakin and Padme stare in eachothers directions from far away. Threepio is seen walking up to Padme.
Anakin quickly hops into a small shuttle.
Meanwhile, the doors to Palpatine's office open. Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar, and Saesee Tin walk in. They make way to Palpatine... his chair spins around to greet the Jedi Masters.
Palpatine: Master Windu, I take it General Grievous has been destroyed then. I must say you're here sooner than expected.
Mace: In the name of the Galactic Senate of the Republic, you're under arrest, Chancellor.
Palpatine: Are you threatening me, Master Jedi?
Mace: The Senate will decide your fate.
Palpatine: I AM THE SENATE.
Mace: Not yet.
Palpatine slowly rises from his chair and whips out a saber hidden under his sleeve.
Palpatine: It's treason then.
Palpatine ignites his saber... and jumps quickly toward the Jedi Masters shrieking with fury. He stabs Agen Kolar first! Next, he slashes Saesee Tin. Kit Fisto goes next. Mace and Palpatine duel it out as they make it into the inner most section of the Chancellor's office.
