It really could have.

I mean that would SO rock. Mystique on the team. Emma even said they decided on Probationary Membership. How cool?

And then Mystique runs away, at both her and Nightcrawler's ideas.

HOW STUPID.

Now they run away and have lame crossover's with the Black Panther.

*yawn*

NEEEEEXT..

I love Bruiser, she's so cute, especially in her super hero outfit laughing .I just bought (on the way) the Volume 1 edition with 448 PGS to read!!

I also started reading Ultimate Fantastic Four. Mind you that I really never found it's predecor series to be intersting at all. The UF4 though is more interesting and fun to read.

Just read 18 issues of emma's miniseries...

the first twelve issues (two arcs) are top quality, well written and for the most part nice art...

the third arc (where she was in college) wasnt as strong as the other two imo, but as good as any x comic out nowadays (bar astonishing)...

I hated her in the City doing that scandal thing, but when she turns blonde and goes to college it's OK, nothing majorly nice. I think it ruined it a lot, though, the other arcs. The first two were fine, they should have ended it there..or at least TRIED and kept the first artist. It would have made the book a nice, definitive run.

And she wasn't even that ugly as a kid; just not a blonde.

True... she was just bugged cos she was rich...

explains why she's such a b!tch though... all the people she ever cared about either died, abandoned her or went insane...

Poor thing, man..

Strange that her past was filled with the evil blonde, hot types. Adrienne and that girl from school, both buxom blondes; ironically Emma becomes one of them.

I don't mind her change though.

The Jean Grey miniseries should show her being this uber *****, lol.

So in X-Men, who is the mystery figure Mystique keeps talking to? The way I see it, he seems to be Rogue's dad......

We haven't been told yet, but I've heard a lot of things.

Fantomex seems a bit popular.

DOUBLE POST, sorry.

Reading New X-Men #16, a bit late, I know.

Wow. So the House of M has Sooraya (Dust) in a mini skirt and showing off her belly. What. The. Hell? And she's totally this ditz, using "like" and "dorkus" a lot.

And worst of all...

Best friends with Jubilee.

[edit]

And..OMG..all five cuckoos are alive. YAY!!

I like how in Ult. X-men 62, Magneto is manipulating Polaris. This should be a great arch with cyc going head to head with his brother. I wonder whats going to happen with Ms. Frost's school though.... Also, is that Mystique at the end??

BTW, any one read Runaways when the kids found out who the mole was?? I knew it, I knew it was ____. I think ____ manipulated everything so that ____ appeared to die. No way ____ is evil and would betray his buddies like that. I like ____, ___'s like the illigitament child of Sage and Xavier.
