Oh boy, someone that became Star Wars fan after Episode I just doesn't deserve to be talked too, but he is just too........

Ok I am a Star Wars fan, I saw the OT first, which are all great, some more some less but all great, The PT....well its sad I like it cause its Star Wars but ROTS was not that great of a Movie after all, some serious holes, some really really stupid thiongs, and the worst Dialouge ever.......I actually prefered AOTC to it....and although I am still a fan of SW I have to admit TPM must have been one of the worst movies in the last few years.....I haven't seen Batman Begins but I am relatively sure that it will be better than the PTs.....and Batman 1 was better than them.

i have to say that although batman was a very good film i preferred ROTS. i would go and see ROTS again and there is no way i would watch batman again at the cinema. form my point of view the storyline of the batman films is abit weak, but it was very well acted vy christian bale.

you must be out of your mind batman 1 was a god awful film. it was a disaster of an attempted comedy.

Oh I disagree with you there, Batman 1 was a great film, wonderful acting, showed Batman like he was back then.....one of the better Comic Movies, the next three were awful I agree, but compared to Rots as well as the other PTs Batman 1 was way better, and I personally like AOTC more than ROTS, yes ROTS was more action and Ewan was great but AOTC brought more Star Wars feeling to be honest....

The first two Batman films seriously defaced the credibility of the character even more so than Forever did because of how Burton turned him into a cowardly killer like he was in the first two films.Thats why many Batman fans that were not pleased with Burtons films are pleased with this one since he did not kill people in cowardly ways this time around.

Well, so he likes to say. I just went off the typing mannerism. I find it completely wrong that if you're a Star Wars fan, that you can't be a Batman fan, or enjoy the films. But whatever. I have yet to see Batman Begins, though from what I hear, it's a very good film. I look forward to hopefully seeing it over the next week.

I would like to know what preysin means by "real" Star Wars fans? Does that mean I can't be a SW fan because I'm a Batman fan? So if we go by that logic all SW fans that enjoyed Batman Begins are not "real" fans? Some clarification here....please?

I believe that a true Star Wars fan is not allowed to look upon any other film.

Sorry, but that is how he makes it sound.

By many fans you mean yourself right? Also, the majority of people who watched the original Batman did enjoy it and I'm pretty sure fans weren't just pleased with Batman Begins because "he did not kill people".

Myself, please give me a break.I have spoken to many people over the years such as myself that hated those films because it butchered to death his character the way he killed people in cowardly fashion like he did. This film was no doubt a great film unlike those others because it has pleased Batman fans that had gripes about the other four.If the other Batman fans were any good, there would not be so many posts I have seen over the years of people saying they did not like his films because of how he killed people.Thats being just plain ignorant saying I am the only one.

Matter of fact, the site administrater who runs this Batman site that I cant remember the name of yet,who goes by the name of Lordsnipe,is someone I can recall right off the bat who like me did not like the first two films because of him killing people, then there is that one guy in that batman section who made a thread talking about how he liked Batman Forever better because of the same reasons I did,not to mention the others that have come on here and said they liked Batman Forever the best.Yeah Im the ONLY one,you got that right. roll eyes (sarcastic)
