Ok so I've decided to still be joker for Halloween this year and bought a light brown suit at goodwill real cheap. I tried dying it purple but it seems to have made the inside purple and the outside jus a dark brown. Any ideas of better quick cheap ways to make it purple?
I thought about bleaching it before i dyed it but decided to go ahead and try doing it without bleaching first. Seems that was a mistake. I'd thought about bleaching it now and jus trying again but wanted to check for other ideas first.
Anyone?

I've become interested in getting into Green Lantern, and I've been told a good place to start would be Rebirth. However, I wanted to know if there's some kind of build-up to Rebirth that I should read first? And after Rebirth, any suggestions on what should follow?

it helps if you read the Emerald Twilight story to see Hal's decent in to Parallax's control. Bar that, Rebirth is as good a place as any...

When I got back into reading Green Lantern again, I bought:
Ion: Guardian of the Universe
Green Lantern: The Road Back
Green Lantern: Emerald Dawn I & II
Green Lantern: Emerald Twilight - New Dawn
Green Lantern: Revenge of the Green Lanterns
Green Lantern: Wanted: Hal Jordan
Green Lantern: Rebirth
Green Lantern: No Fear

Don't forget to get Sinestro Corps, Green Lantern V4. Green Lantern Corps (v4), Tales of SCW. Though, you have to read the ones Bada said already

and it's balls.
dude needs to go to olympus, get powered up somehow, and embark on a quest that results in some sort of reason to keep using his god of war moniker, cause i've yet to see anything that's justifying it.

I wouldn't really add any recommendations to the Lantern titles suggested and there's all really good stuff, but I'd bear in mind that it doesn't get great until the Sinestro Corps war. Not undermining the stuff that has been recommended and anything from Rebirth onwards is necessary to catch up to Blackest Night, but Sinestro Corps War, for me, was a real turning point where GL changed from being a good comic, to one of the best comics on the stands.

Horsecrap. Green Lantern Corps stands on its own, before, during, and since Sinestro Corps War .

Christ!
Gage just crushed the House of M: Masters of Evil four issue mini, didin't he?
I actually cried at a scene of the Hood and Madame Masque.....
By far the best spin-off title to come from House of M....
